Limit Bandwidth Between the hrs. of

For us bandwidth challenged, could you have a" limit bandwidth between the hrs. of " option so that during the day when everyone is on the net it's automatically slowed and after everyone goes to bed she's wide open. Maybe on a future version? I like that you guys thought of putting a limit option on it in the first place.
