App Crashes and loses Que. and Newsserver info

Post by jculp » Fri Jun 09, 2017 2:51 am

After a crash or just shutdown, the Que loses everything in it.
Also a recurring problem is the newsserver login info is repeated wiped clean. I have had to re-input the info 4 times in two days.
Also since last update, the app shuts down/crash almost immediately.
Next time it occurs I'll send crash report.

Crashed happened again. Lost the NewsServer info and the Queue.
Happened right after selecting "close"on a notification alert panel.

How do I attach the report and what format does the "Attachments"accept>
TXT, RTF, PDF, and zip all failed to attach.

I can copy paste it in this area but would prefer not to make public my system configuration logs info

It looks there is a problem with storing/retrieving the data from the KeyChain on your system.
Or access to the databases files on disk gets lost.

The crash report will be a great help on this.
Also the logfile may contain usable info.
The logfile is located on disk at: /Users/{loginname}/Library/Application Support/Usenetic/Usenetic.log

Attaching zip files should work, but if not please send me the report and logfile in a Private Message or email (balloon at the right).
If you like Usenetic, please give it 5 stars at MacUpdate: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/59624/usenetic
