Hi, Great to hear that you love our product. Usenetic is still in beta state, but the official release is expected before the end of this year. We are still adding neat features to the product and the documentation needs to be finished first. The final price for the product is not available yet, but...

The MegaSearch index is currently being modified for some new upcoming features.
Not all is running smoothly at the moment which is causing the 2 troubles last month.
All will be normal again real soon.

For us bandwidth challenged, could you have a" limit bandwidth between the hrs. of " option so that during the day when everyone is on the net it's automatically slowed and after everyone goes to bed she's wide open. Maybe on a future version? I like that you guys thought of putting a limit option ...

Thanks, and please also try to quit all other programs that are running in the background. Especially, but not limited to programs that are observing/monitoring the system. I can't think of anything else than a program that handles as middle man between Usenetic and the system, that is causing this ...

According to the log you attached, I was wrong with my previous theory. This problem is difficult to track and unfortunately I can't reproduce it here. I may be using the term "crash" incorrectly. The Usenetic app becomes unresponsive and I get the spinning ball, so technically not a crash of the app but it hangs and it requires a force quit and then restart. Ah, that is something totally different and more explicable :D When a large queue object ...
